Heritage Hotel, Manila

After a four hours flight plus two hours (check-in, briefing and else) that makes it 6 hours of travelling from Kuala Lumpur. I couldn't think of anything else than a nice bed with a comfy mattress and of course a bath! The Heritage Manila is all I could think about. Hello hello!

When we arrived, there's a short briefing at the hotel lobby. Everyone was so excited especially the finalist as they will start a photo session (remember am going there with BizzyBody Ambassador Search finalist ?). They need to get ready, makeup, fitting and else. You know modeling and shooting stuff :D

Lobby Lounge.

Meanwhile, all the media and guest will be having their own sweet time till lunch time. Weeee! I took the room key, open the door and yeahhh lompat atas katil. Hiks. This is how my room looks like. Am too excited till I forgot to snap a picture. Thanks to Google, everyone's best buddy.

Deluxe room.

The Heritage Manila,  a five-star deluxe hotel, is actually located at Pasay area and a minutes away from the international and domestic airports and Manila Convention Center. The best part is, its only five minutes drive to Mall of Asia, the largest shopping mall in Philippines. When its the largest its means shopping heaven! Haha.

Spot me!

Entrance to Riviera Cafe

Buffet for breakfast and lunch

Delicious and various cuisine is served at the Riviera Cafe. I think I have to commend the efforts of the hotels that provide halal food. The hotel displays the halal certificate issued by the Islamic department Manila. Something like JAKIM that we have in Malaysia. They even have a different kitchen to cook halal food. Awesome kan! But if you still doubt, dont worry there are still many choices like bread, fruits, vege etc.

I was so lucky that later at the night I got the chance to sit and have a lil chat with Mr Eddie and his wife Mary, at Resort World Manila. Mr Eddie is the General Manager of The Heritage Hotel Manila and I was surprised that they are Malaysian and have been there for about 7 years. Mary and I had a long chat while her husband being a judges during Bizzy Body Subsidiary Titles Night. She's a friendly and warmth person. We talked a lot that night. About Manila, the education system, the people, the food, her daily routine and how she enjoyed her life there. One thing i still remember she said that people in Manila live a happy life as they are less stress about life.

Mr Eddie, Mary and I. Yes I uploaded two photos means double happiness. Hehe

If you have an opportunity to visit Manila, have a stay at this hotel :)
